Previous experience in high-volume automotive, heavy-duty transportation, or aviation painting is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of paint preparation for aluminum, steel, and fiberglass.

POSITION SUMMARYAs a key member of the Paint Shop team, this position is responsible for executing high-quality painting processes on large-scale transit vehicle components in a fast-paced production environment. This includes spraying, mixing, polishing, and maintaining painting equipment while ensuring precision and efficiency across a variety of metal and composite surfaces.
