The Pool Operator/Maintenance professional oversees property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms while conducting preventative maintenance on hotel accommodations. They are responsible for responding to maintenance orders, performing daily rounds, and ensuring all fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in hotel maintenance and possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. A CPO or POR certification is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills.
