The Field Operator II is responsible for monitoring wells and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. They perform routine maintenance, coordinate maintenance activities, and assist with well work interventions while maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance.
Candidates must have completed secondary education and possess at least three years of relevant experience in production operations. Proficiency in gas lift, ESP, and plunger-lift systems, along with strong communication and safety aptitude, is required.
