The Desalination Lead Field Technician oversees daily field operations, coordinates work assignments, and ensures the safe and efficient performance of water treatment processes. They are responsible for hands-on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance to the field team.
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in industrial processing, water management, or mechanical maintenance, with at least one year in a leadership or senior role. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
