The technician is responsible for preparing moulds and building the web of wind turbine blades using various hand and power tools. They must follow specific work instructions to assemble components like inlays, glass packets, and foam while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods. Previous experience in manufacturing or working with composite materials is preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the base pay for this position is $22.88-$27.50.
