1、负责电机主驱系统的需求分析，设计相应的标定测试方案；
2、完成电机主驱系统的标定测试，准确反馈测试结果并进行问题分析；
3、通过参数调优提升电机系统性能，满足客户需求；
4、根据系统架构完成不同阶段的整车集成标定，并输出测试报告；
5、解决客户端的电机主驱性能相关问题。
1、本科及以上学历（硕士优先），车辆工程、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业；
2、具备电机主驱系统或电控系统开发/标定经验者优先；
3、熟悉标定工具：INCA/CANape/CANalyzer/CANoe/Vector工具链等；
4、熟悉电机主驱相关执行器与传感器（如电机控制器、逆变器、旋变传感器、温度传感器等）的性能要求；
5、具备电机系统标定经验，熟悉电机性能KPI及验证方法；
6、良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力和抗压能力；
7、具备较强的团队协作意识及客户导向思维。
