Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in IT, HR, or as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in Workday or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is strongly preferred.
As an HR Systems Analyst, you will support and optimize HR technology solutions by driving system improvements, managing configurations, and developing reports and dashboards while ensuring the effective operation of Workday modules. Your goal will be to enhance system efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across HR processes. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver reliable system performance, provide accurate and timely reporting, support compliance and audit requirements, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and contribute to team development.
This is a Fixed Term contract anticipated to last 18 months.
