Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system stability and performance. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain seamless operations and swiftly addresses any disruptions that may impact business continuity. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions that support critical organizational functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize operational processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient automation solutions to support business-critical applications.
- Familiarity with integration of automation tools within cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
