Description:
l Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems;
l Drive business initiatives and translate user requirements into specified IT requirements;
l Work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
l Create test scenario’s and test cases in integrated system tests and handle the relevant test case executions;
l Participate in System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Production and make sure systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements;
l Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts;
l Develop expert-level understanding of local systems.
l Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIMs, GSMs, circulars), internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.
l Able to manage and drive delivery from initial stage to final implementation.
Requirements:
Qualifications
l 3-8 years of experience with securities application systems or algorithm trading systems, working experience in local securities company preferred.
l As required by the Chinese regulator CSRC, the role holder must pass the securities industry qualification exam.
Language capability
l Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
Experience
l Experience or knowledge of China securities market.
l Good knowledge of SDLC.
l Good experience as business analyst and system analyst
l Basic understanding of Linux and Windows OS.
l Basic understanding of Database knowledge.
l Experience of working with vendor preferred.
l Advantage if have experience of managing large scale project
