Develop diagnostic tools and resolve technical issues for VinFast electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment. Create technical repair guides and manage Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) updates while coordinating with after-sales departments.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics. Candidates must be proficient in English and have a strong understanding of EV systems and automotive electronics.

Soạn thảo hướng dẫn sửa chữa kỹ thuật cho các Kỹ thuật viên ở Xưởng dịch vụ.
Thực hiện và xác nhận cập nhật FOTA (Firmware Over-the-Air) trên xe.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận hậu mãi, đại lý và trung tâm dịch vụ để giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp của xe.
Hỗ trợ chuyển giao kiến thức cho kỹ thuật viên dịch vụ về chẩn đoán và cập nhật phần mềm.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn, yêu cầu pháp lý và quy trình của công ty.
Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân trở lên ngành Kỹ thuật Ô tô hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chẩn đoán ô tô, xử lý sự cố xe hoặc sửa chữa tại các hãng ô tô.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với thiết bị chẩn đoán ô tô, máy quét lỗi và các nền tảng cập nhật phần mềm.
Hiểu biết vững về hệ thống xe điện, điện – điện tử ô tô và kiến trúc phần mềm.
Thành thạo tiếng Anh (đọc, viết và giao tiếp).
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các hãng sản xuất ô tô (OEM) là một lợi thế.
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, chú ý đến chi tiết, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.
