You will be responsible for proactively generating and qualifying outbound leads, initiating first contact with prospective clients, and booking high quality appointments for Business Development Managers. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline creation.
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying prospective partners, uncovering business pain points, and ensuring only qualified opportunities to progress to the sales stage.
Proactively source and generate outbound leads through cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels
Execute targeted outbound outreach to defined potential partners
Qualify prospects based on partnership outcomes
Run first-stage discovery and appointment settings for Business Development Managers
Maintain a clean CRM with accurate notes, stages, and next steps
Coordinate internally to ensure clean handover post appointment setting
Identify and engage key decision makers for partnership initiatives

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
2-4 years of experience Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
Strong experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
Comfortable speaking with decision making stakeholders
Profiecient in formal outbound communication and reach (targeted, not spam)!
Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Confidence handling objections and initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently while managing multiple prospects simultaneously
Number of qualified outbound leads generated
Quality and conversion rate of scheduled appointments
Pipeline value created for mazeed's salesforce
Outreach activity consistency and response rates
Minimum daily outreach quota met
