The Programmatic Trader executes data-driven media buying and campaign strategies across Display, Audio, Video, and Social Media. They collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize audience extension solutions and ensure robust campaign QA and performance.
Candidates need over 2 years of experience in media trading using DSPs, specifically The Trade Desk, DV360, or AdForm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solutions-focused approach in agile environments are required.

Where the team fits in
The Programmatic Trader sits within the Programmatic Trading Operations team. The team works closely with Sales, Product and customers to activate and optimise digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and social media platforms beyond REA Group’s owned properties, using REA’s first-party audience data to drive customer performance and revenue.
