Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are robust, scalable, and effectively support business operations, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to meet evolving demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the developed applications are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of application design and development lifecycle.
- Ability to optimize and configure applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
