Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. The work focuses on addressing specific business requirements by creating innovative and high-performing solutions that integrate seamlessly with broader system architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and their application within software solutions.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP SCM APO modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with integration technologies and interfaces related to SAP environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, particularly agile practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of SAP SCM APO applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
