Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and working with various SAP tools and technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
