Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization techniques.
- Familiarity with data integration and segmentation strategies in marketing platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing cloud solutions for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
