The Restaurant Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational condition of the restaurant facility. Duties include snow removal, building maintenance, managing food deliveries, and assisting with closing procedures.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and access to a 4x4 vehicle and snowmobile are required for this role.

The Property Manager will ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, sanitary, safe and in good working condition. Housing is provided onsite. This position reports to the General Manager.
