Lead Sport x Marketplace Integration
Marketplace connection and representation on GC Sport Squad LT
Owns Sport marketplace segmentation & differentiation. Influences account positioning (in partnership with Sales/ND)
Share marketplace insights and updates back to Geo Sport squads
Completes channel-specific analysis and makes recommendations to inform & influence Sport strategy and seasonal priorities
Drive Commercial Results for Sport
Co-develops and drives Sport strategy across Marketplace, partnering with Geo Sport GMs, Sports LT & Sales/ND
Informs & influences channel-based Sport growth outlook and seasonal/annual targets, partnering with Sales and ND, Geo Sport GMs, Finance, Planning
Own sport forecasts and plans, channel-based performance and retail moments.
Supports seasonal sell-in strategies; contributes to GTM planning and execution in support for Sport
Drives commercial alignment to deliver seasonal target, incl. Nike Direct
Interfaces with relevant accounts in key GTM moments
Informs Sport allocations by channels and account
Provides x-functional leadership to drive a profitable pull market model
Supports in-season management by pulling levers to adjustment execution plan
Shape the FutureMarketplace for Sport
Influences ongoing marketplace elevation and development for Sport, working with ND and Sales
Shapes future vision of GC Sport Marketplace in partnership with Geo Sport GMs and Marketplace (Nike Direct and Sales)
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will partner cross-functionally with Geo Sport GMs and teams across Marketplace (Nike Direct and Sales), Finance, Planning, and Merchandising to drive marketplace strategy, commercial performance, and sustainable growth in close collaboration with GC Sport leadership team.
