As a Sales Associate at CamFit, you are the energy at the front of the house. You manage membership sales, deliver exceptional member experiences, and own the intro process from the first hello to a signed membership.
This is a sales role in a fitness environment, which means the product is something people genuinely need, and your job is to help them see that.
CamFit promotes from within. High-performing Sales Associates are a key pipeline for future leadership opportunities within the studio, including Assistant Studio Manager, Studio Manager, and other growth roles across the CamFit network.
