Perform professional tuning and repair of skis and snowboards while ensuring accurate binding installation. Maintain the rental fleet and provide high-quality guest service within the rental shop environment.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a ski or snowboard repair shop. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

They will be certified in all five major bindings and be familiar with models of bindings within the last few years. Accuracy when adjusting and installing bindings is of Paramount importance. Ability to work well in a team environment is crucial.
