Lead the Toques & Tracks sales team and manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staff orchestration. Ensure high standards of customer service, maintain inventory levels, and assume leadership duties in the supervisor's absence.
Requires a high school diploma and previous experience in retail and cash handling. Candidates must be computer literate and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods.

You have strong cash handling skills and are an excellent communicator. You will maintain the store’s standards with enthusiasm and make positive suggestions for necessary changes. You will be knowledgeable with regards to products as well as the resort as you will be considered an ambassador. You work well with others and are considered a true team player. You display good taste and are up to date with current trends. You will lead the Toques & Tracks sales team and will be expected to assume a leadership role during Supervisory absence. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the store along with staff orchestration during the shift. Monitoring of weekly schedule and initiative in staffing levels during the shift are expected.
