Lead the end-to-end design of product experiences and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Mentor a Product Designer and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions.
Requires 4-6+ years of senior Product Design experience within a B2B SaaS environment, including experience mentoring other designers. Proficiency in Figma, user research methods, and a strong grasp of UX and visual design is essential.

About the role
We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead the design direction of BoardPro’s product experience. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on design to create intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify governance for thousands of board members and administrators.
Working closely with Product, Engineering and Customer teams, you'll champion user-centred design, lead our design practice, mentor a Product Designer, and help shape the future of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and loves turning complex workflows into beautifully simple experiences.
