The role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements within Salesforce to enhance customer experience and business value. It involves delivering Salesforce enhancements from discovery through implementation across various clouds.
Candidates need 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Administrator. Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is required, with exposure to other Salesforce clouds being advantageous.

Fueled by the significant growth of our FRAMECAD business we are scaling up our team and are looking for a Salesforce Digital Analyst. This role will be based in our Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand.

This position requires a strong customer-centric strategic approach, identifying problems along with identifying and implementing opportunities for improving processes within the company. Excellent customer understanding and ongoing forward thinking is necessary for this role, being future focused and solutions driven while being able to maintain a fast-paced day-to-day environment. Being self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities is a key to success.
