Cye is looking for a PMO to join our Delivery team. In this hands-on role, you will take full ownership of managing and prioritizing the project backlog across our delivery portfolio. You will act as the operational anchor, working closely with Delivery and CSM teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from kick-off to completion.

\nResponsibilities

• Backlog & Execution Management: Own the day-to-day execution and continuous prioritization of client projects across a high-volume delivery portfolio. 
• Timeline Tracking & Risk Mitigation: Proactively track project milestones, manage dependencies, and identify potential bottlenecks or risks early on. 
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Support resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning across all active projects to maximize delivery efficiency. 
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main bridge between different departments to ensure complete alignment on scope and timelines. 
• Blocker Removal: Follow up with internal project leads to maintain momentum, solve operational challenges, and remove delivery blockers. 
• Data-Driven Status Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and share clear project status updates, dashboards, and KPIs with relevant stakeholders. 
• Process Optimization: Analyze project data and workflows to identify inefficiencies, proposing and implementing automated solutions to scale operations. 

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, PMO, or delivery operations (preferably in tech or B2B sectors). 
• Strong technical orientation - comfortable diving into system workflows, data analysis, and technical backlogs. 
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - proven ability to manage dozens of concurrent projects. 
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication and follow-up skills. 
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. 
• High level of independence and the ability to drive tasks autonomously in a fast-paced environment. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in a customer-facing or client delivery environment. 
• Advanced proficiency with Monday.com (including building custom boards, dashboards, and views). 
• Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation tools to streamline operations. 
• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
