The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality ServiceNow solutions while leading AI-enabled automation and orchestration initiatives. You will also partner with stakeholders to ensure technical designs align with enterprise standards and deliver measurable business value.
Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and possess significant experience in enterprise software development and ServiceNow platform configuration. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, API integrations, and modern engineering practices like CI/CD and automated testing is required.

Responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Key participant in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
