Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and managing hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to storage, networking, and compute resources within Nutanix environments.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance metrics to preemptively address potential issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies in cloud and on-premises environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
