אנו מחפשים מוביל/ת פיילוט להכוונה ותיאום מענים פרטניים לרווחה נפשית ב-7 רשויות מקומיות.
תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
ניהול והובלה של פיילוט בריאות הנפש ברשויות מקומיות
ליווי, הנחיה מקצועית ותמיכה שוטפת למובילי בריאות הנפש ברשויות
זיהוי צרכים, ביצוע הערכות מקצועיות והתאמת מענים מותאמים
עבודה משותפת עם צוותים מקצועיים, אגפי רווחה וחינוך, וספקי שירות
קידום שיתופי פעולה, איגום משאבים וסנכרון שירותים ברשות
