We’re an officially licensed Alltagshilfe- und Pflegedienst, eligible for public funding through the Pflegekasse, enabling us to deliver dedicated carers to customers within hours instead of days or weeks.

We’re rapidly expanding our presence in Germany, growing 10–20% month-on-month, and rolling out our model across all major metropolitan areas. Our services are already available in Berlin, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Baden-Württemberg — with nationwide expansion ahead.

Supported by cutting-edge technology, our operations ensure every interaction runs smoothly: from onboarding new customers and carers to maintaining exceptional client relationships. As a key leader in this team, you’ll be at the forefront of making everything work seamlessly, every single day.
Your responsibilities
As our Operations & People Lead, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team that manages daily operations nationwide.
You’ll foster a culture of celebrating successes, learning from challenges, and continuous development. You’ll take ownership of improving processes, tools, and systems to drive scalability and operational excellence.
As part of the German Management Team, you’ll also contribute to strategic discussions, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that continuously elevate how we operate.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on leader — someone who doesn’t just guide from a distance but actively dives deep into processes, understands the day-to-day work, and is ready to roll up their sleeves when needed. You combine this practical mindset with strong leadership and the ability to coach, empower, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
You have a curiosity for leveraging technology to enhance customer service, strong business judgment, and experience leading teams in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups.
You thrive in change, know how to prioritize effectively, and lead with clarity and empathy. You bring calm and focus under pressure, keeping your team motivated and aligned on what truly matters — both short-term results and long-term growth.
In addition to team leadership experience, we value HR / employment law experience, as we’re on a mission to build the best working conditions in home care.
What we offer you
We offer a competitive monthly salary between 5,000€ and 7,000€, plus equity, depending on your level of experience. You’ll have clear opportunities for growth, both in your role and personal development, with tailored support to help you reach your skills and career goals.
