🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e operar ambientes de backup e recuperação de dados, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs e uma excelente experiência para clientes internos e externos.
  • Assegurar a disponibilidade, integridade e segurança da infraestrutura de backup, atendendo às necessidades críticas do negócio.
  • Atuar na análise, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes, problemas e solicitações relacionadas à proteção de dados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, propondo e implementando otimizações em processos, ferramentas e rotinas operacionais.
  • Garantir a entrega contínua dos serviços, promovendo eficiência operacional, estabilidade e confiabilidade dos ambientes.
  • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares (infraestrutura, redes, cloud e segurança) para evolução e performance dos ambientes.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de governança, compliance e auditoria, assegurando conformidade com políticas de retenção e proteção de dados.

✅ Requisitos

  • Experiência em operações de infraestrutura de TI (nível intermediário a avançado).
  • Vivência com ferramentas de backup, como:
    • Veeam Backup & Replication
    • Veritas NetBackup
    • TSM / SPP
    • Commvault
  • Experiência na administração de soluções de backup e recuperação de dados.
  • Atuação prévia em ambientes corporativos de backup (mínimo de 2 anos).
  • Conhecimento em gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças.
  • Familiaridade com rotinas operacionais, troubleshooting e análise de performance.
  • Ensino superior completo em áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia da Informação.
