Vous évoluerez dans un environnement industriel réglementé où la sécurité, la disponibilité des systèmes et la conformité sont des enjeux stratégiques.
📌 Votre rôle
En tant qu'OT Technical Lead, vous êtes responsable de l'architecture, de la sécurisation et de l'évolution des infrastructures OT.
Vous pilotez des projets techniques à fort impact, accompagnez les équipes techniques et assurez la conformité des systèmes industriels avec les exigences réglementaires et les standards de cybersécurité.

🔹 Architecture OT & cybersécurité
Concevoir et faire évoluer les architectures réseaux OT.
Déployer les bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité industrielle.
Réaliser les analyses de risques et participer aux audits de sécurité.
Garantir la disponibilité et la résilience des infrastructures industrielles.
🔹 Intégration & conformité
Piloter les projets de convergence IT/OT.
Participer à la validation des systèmes informatisés.
Garantir la conformité aux référentiels GMP et aux standards industriels.
🔹 Gestion de projets
Piloter les projets d'évolution des infrastructures OT.
Coordonner les fournisseurs et prestataires spécialisés.
Participer au suivi des budgets et des plannings.
🔹 Leadership & amélioration continue
Accompagner techniquement les ingénieurs OT.
Définir les standards et procédures OT.
Contribuer à la transformation digitale des installations industrielles.
Assurer une veille technologique sur les solutions OT et cybersécurité.
💼 Votre profil
Formation supérieure en informatique industrielle, cybersécurité ou automatisme.
Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en environnements OT industriels.
Expérience significative en cybersécurité industrielle.
Bonne maîtrise des architectures réseaux industriels, virtualisation et serveurs Windows/Linux.
Connaissances des normes IEC 62443, ISO 27001, GAMP5 et des environnements GMP.
Maîtrise des protocoles industriels (Profinet, OPC UA, Modbus...).
Bon niveau en anglais et en français.
Leadership, capacité à fédérer des équipes et excellente communication.
