In complex, regulated hardware - most failures aren’t technical. They’re structural.
Smart teams build prototypes. They hit milestones.
But products still stall - in verification, transfer, or scale - because early architectural decisions harden under uncertainty and fragmented ownership.
Inertia exists to prevent that.
We are an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified product development and manufacturing partner specializing in complex hardware - particularly medical devices, diagnostics, dual-use defense, automation, and clean technology.
We don’t just design products.
We govern the critical decisions that determine whether a product can:
• Achieve proven demand
• Launch with certainty
• Scale without structural failure
From system architecture and human factors engineering through detailed design, verification, and manufacturing transfer - we carry regulatory intent, design integrity, and manufacturability forward instead of handing them off.
Our certified quality management systems embed risk management, documentation discipline, and process control from day one - ensuring compliance and execution rigor without slowing innovation.
Clients choose Inertia when:
• Regulatory intent must align with system architecture
• Manufacturability must be designed in, not bolted on
• Supply chain resilience matters
• Scale is not optional
We work with venture-backed scale-ups, mid-market OEMs, and enterprise innovation teams who need a partner that stays accountable through commercialization - not just concept.
Inertia. We realize the new - and make sure it survives.
