The Construction Manager acts as the District's representative to oversee projects from design through construction closeout. Responsibilities include managing project stakeholders, monitoring schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements.

Project Name: Campus CM Support Services
Project Duration: 2 years with the possibility of extension
Anticipated Start Date: August 2026
Project Details (Size, SOW, Site Background, etc.):
SOW: Provide support services for projects currently in the construction phase at the Las Positas College campus, as well as for various miscellaneous campus capital improvement projects assigned by the District. The Construction Manager will act as the District’s representative and assist the Senior Project Manager in delivering projects from design through construction closeout. Responsibilities include cost estimating, schedule monitoring, constructability review, regulatory coordination, procurement support and construction oversight.
Site Background, etc.: Las Positas College is an active community college campus requiring careful coordination of construction activities with campus operations, faculty, students, and facilities staff. Projects must be phased to minimize disruption to campus operations while maintaining safe access and circulation during construction.
Project Duration: 2 years, with the possibility of extension.
