The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a memorable shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high merchandising standards. They will also assist with operational procedures in the store and stock room while staying updated on current market trends.
Candidates should have previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English are required, along with the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Timberland team at Roosendaal Outlet on a full-time basis, starting from 1 October, with a 37.5-hour weekly contract for 1 year. If you enjoy connecting with customers and bringing the Timberland brand to life on the shop floor, this could be a great opportunity for you.
As a Sales Associate you will inspire our customers, deliver an excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.
We expect that our Sales Associates help deliver a memorable retail experience by:
Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
You have previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment, ideally within fashion, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
You are able to work until store closing 2 to 3 times per week.
You have flexible availability to work either Saturdays or Sundays, depending on store needs.
You enjoy interacting with customers and bring energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality to the shop floor.
You have a positive can-do attitude and face challenges with professionalism.
You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
