The Dispensary Associate provides exceptional customer service and education to medical marijuana patients while ensuring compliant sales transactions. They are responsible for cross-functional tasks including patient intake, order fulfillment, and facility surveillance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass background checks. A flexible schedule and the physical ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods are required.

Summary: The Dispensary Associate is responsible for providing exceptional patient customer service, educating customers on medical marijuana products, and ensuring accurate and compliant sales transactions. This role supports daily dispensary operations while maintaining a clean, secure environment. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the associate plays a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and regulation-compliant dispensary experience.
Requirements
The Dispensary Associate is cross-trained across all core operational functions, including Patient Intake, Patient Advisor responsibilities, Fulfillment, Patient Services, Sales Floor operations, and Surveillance, in order to support efficient and compliant dispensary operations.
