The Service & Parts Advisor manages the service department workflow by greeting customers, documenting repair orders, and coordinating repairs with technicians. They are also responsible for ordering and managing parts inventory, billing invoices, and ensuring all administrative paperwork is accurate.
Candidates should have previous dealership or service advisor experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to learn dealership software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service & Parts Advisor to help keep our service department running efficiently. This is a hybrid role that's perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
Because we're a smaller operation, you'll play an important role in nearly every part of the service process. One minute you may be greeting customers and writing repair orders, the next you'll be ordering parts, billing invoices, closing repair orders, or helping keep the shop organized and moving efficiently.
