Garantizar el cumplimiento de la rutina de trabajo diaria en la Darkstore correspondiente y garantizar la mejor experiencia a los usuarios de su tienda.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
1. Llevar en tiempo y forma los lineamientos establecidos en el presente Reglamento. 2. Notificar al jefe inmediato en caso de presentarse algún incidente o accidente dentro de la Jornada Laboral. 3. Cumplir la rutina diaria de trabajo 4. Cumplir con los horarios asignados para garantizar la operación de la Dark Store 5. Alinearse con el resultado y target de la Dark Store 6. Cumplir con los entrenamientos programados 7. Interesarse por el conocimiento de nuevos procesos, reglas, y planes de incentivos. 8. Comunicar los ausentismos y retardos de manera anticipada a su Store manager 9. Garantizar orden diario y mantenimiento del Lay Out de tienda. 10. Garantizar conteos cíclicos diarios asignados asegurando conteo general de tienda 2 veces por semana. 11. Garantizar el saneo y rotación de Fruver 3 veces al día con su respectivo bloqueo en el sistema. 12. Garantizar una correcta recepción de mercancía (Recibo, verificación de calidades, ingreso al sistema). 13. Garantizar disponibilidad de productos en la App de usuarios (Availability) 14. Garantizar y velar por el cuidado de la mercancía, buena rotación de productos (FIFO)/Mermas) 15. Garantizar controles para evitar pérdida de mercancía y reportar cualquier novedad a su Store LeadManager. 16. Garantizar la correcta asignación de órdenes a RappiTenderos de acuerdo a lineamientos recibidos. 17. Mantener un ambiente cordial y de respeto con los RappiTenderos. 18. Garantizar la disponibilidad de información, conocimiento y cumplimiento de normas sanitarias. 19. Transmitir desde su rol, propuestas de mejoras operativas y administrativas para ganar eficiencias- 20. Usar diariamente y de manera correcta el uniforme (y elementos de protección si aplica) 21. Mantener un entorno saludable y colaborativo. 22. Notificación y actuación ante anomalías (fallos en la aplicación, ausencia de pedidos en horario normal, avería de equipos, problemas con RT, corte de luz, etc). 23. Contribuir al Control y ahorro de servicios de la tienda (Energía, agua, buen uso del internet) 24. Mantener en óptimas condiciones de aseo y limpieza el lugar de trabajo
