The Lead Alterations Specialist oversees all garment fittings, sewing, and finishing processes to ensure high quality and brand standards. They also train other specialists and collaborate with stylists to provide expert fit consultations for customers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal or special occasion wear. Additionally, 1-2 years of retail experience and proficiency with computerized POS systems are required.

Lead Alterations Specialist is responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of David’s Bridal and reports to the Store Manager. S/he is responsible for exemplifying friendly, knowledgeable, and technical expertise and providing superior customer service. Lead Alterations Specialist is a member of the store team and demonstrate the value and qualities of the David’s Bridal brand. This role will report to the Store Manager
