The Retail Team Member manages day-to-day sales floor operations, including customer service, stocking, and merchandise rotation. They are also responsible for accurate cash register operations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Candidates should preferably have previous retail or cashier experience and the ability to handle cash accurately. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and availability for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Team Leader Coach or designee, the Retail Team Member assists with the day-to-day sales floor operations, providing world-class customer service, stocking shelves, completing mark-downs, rotating and displaying hardline (wares, books/media, shoes, furniture, etc.) and soft-line (apparel and linen) merchandise, essential cash register operations, and maintaining work area safety with cleanliness and orderliness.
