The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including employee supervision, inventory management, and merchandising. They are responsible for ensuring store financial integrity, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing superior customer service.
Candidates should have at least one year of retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in basic mathematics, cash handling, and effective communication skills is required for this role.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This position is utilized to foster interactive development of an external candidate for the Store Manager role and is to be held for a limited period.
