في شلهوب نحن نُعبّر عن كل ما هو استثنائي ومتفرّد. وستكون مسؤولًا خلال عملك كمستشار للموضة عن تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية والإجمالية مع تقديمك تجربة استثنائية للضيوف وحرصك على تقديم الدعم في إدارة علاقات العملاء وتجارب العملاء وغيرها من المبادرات الرئيسية المتعلّقة بالعملاء والموظفين في المتجر. ومن خلال وظيفتك نتوقع منك أداء المهام التالية:
· العمل على جمع البيانات حول سلوك العملاء وأكثر المنتجات مبيعًا وأقلها مبيعًا، وهو ما سيُشكّل مكوّنًا رئيسيًا في مراجعات سير أمور العمل.
· تعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء من خلال نهج شامل ومتعدّد القنوات.
· تقديم ملاحظات ومعلومات بخصوص المنتج للعميل قبل عملية الشراء.
· تعزيز مؤشر قياس ولاء الموظفين من خلال مبادرات وثقافة وخبرات الموظفين.
· التأكّد من الالتزام بإرشادات التجارة المرئية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
· التأكّد من إجراء عملية الشراء الإلكتروني ثم الاستلام من المتجر طبقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
· التأكّد من الحصول على بيانات العملاء طبقًا لمتطلبات فريق التسويق.
· الترويج لبرنامج ولاء العملاء (MUSE) والبقاء على اطلاع على عروض التطبيقات الإلكترونية وما إلى ذلك.
· تقديم الدعم فيما يتعلّق بفعاليات التسويق داخل المتجر.
· مواكبة جميع أنشطة وحملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بعلامتنا التجارية.
· تعزيز المبيعات داخل المتجر.
· دعم مبادرات تجربة العملاء في المتجر.
· إيصال الملاحظات بخصوص الأمور الناجعة وغير الناجعة داخل المتجر.
· يُفضّل وجود خبرة في مجال المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء مع علامات تجارية مختصة ببيع السلع الكمالية بالتجزئة.
