To manage the front desk operations and provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily office operations and professional communication with employees, visitors, and external parties.
Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
Coordinate visitor access and appointments.
Receive and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.
Assist with employee files, records, and documentation.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection and coordination.
Maintain employee information and update HR records.
Assist with attendance tracking and leave records.
Support HR-related communications and announcements.
Prepare HR reports and administrative documents as required.
Assist with employee requests and HR inquiries.
Coordinate with government relations and other departments when needed.
Prepare letters, forms, and reports.
Support office administration activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Good command of English and Arabic (preferred).
Minimum Diploma degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
