The Market Development Manager will develop and execute regional growth strategies across Europe to increase certification adoption and strengthen industry partnerships. They will manage sales pipelines, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive commercial results and protect market share.
Candidates must have proven experience in business development or commercial growth within a B2B services environment, ideally in certification or food safety sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to travel extensively and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

As our Market Development Manager for Europe, you'll take ownership of developing BRCGS across Central and Western Europe, creating and delivering market strategies that increase certification adoption, strengthen relationships with Certification Bodies and key industry partners, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
Working closely with commercial, marketing and product teams, you'll identify new opportunities, recover underperforming markets and help protect BRCGS' position as the leading global brand in supply chain assurance.
