In this role you will own the people leadership, delivery quality, and staffing decisions for a portfolio of consultants while partnering closely with Engagement Leads, Project Management, and Sales to ensure engagements are scoped, staffed, and delivered successfully. You will coach consultants on technical and business standard methodologies, manage performance and career growth, and serve as an escalation point for delivery risk. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team
Delivery Oversight & Quality
Oversee delivery quality and consistency across assigned engagements, ensuring alignment with CSC methodology and standard practices
Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues, driving timely resolution
Review project staffing plans and allocate consultants across engagements based on skill set, capacity, and customer need
Partner with Engagement Leads and Project Management to monitor engagement health, timelines, and budget
Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and handoff materials meet quality standards at each project milestone
Executive & Participant Engagement
Partner with Sales and Engagement Leads during scoping and business development cycles, including SOW review and staffing estimates
Facilitate executive readouts and steering committee updates, representing delivery status, risks, and value realization
Build trusted relationships with customer sponsors and internal participants to support renewal and expansion opportunities
Represent the practice in cross-functional forums, providing input on process, tooling, and organizational priorities
Practice Growth & Operations
Contribute to the evolution of CSC delivery methodology, playbooks, and enablement materials
Monitor team utilization, forecasted demand, and capacity planning in partnership with Resource Management
Identify and champion process improvements that increase delivery efficiency and consultant productivity
Support knowledge-sharing efforts, including internal enablement and external customer/industry engagement
What You'll Need to Succeed
10+ years of consulting, professional services, or related experience, with 3+ years in a people leadership role managing consultants or delivery teams
Working knowledge of Adobe's Content Supply Chain technology stack (Workfront, AEM Assets, Fusion) or comparable enterprise marketing/content technology platforms
Demonstrated experience managing team performance, career development, and hiring for a consulting or delivery organization
Strong understanding of both technical implementation and business/change-management dimensions of enterprise platform delivery
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging customer sponsors and internal leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements, balancing staffing, risk, and customer expectations
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure, process, and accountability across a growing team
