Drive patient referrals by building face-to-face relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and skilled nursing facilities. Coordinate patient transitions into home health services and manage a structured daily territory plan.
Requires experience in healthcare sales, home health, or pharma outreach along with strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for field-based activity.

In addition, Guardian Angel services multi-cultural, diversified clients in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Lapeer, Clinton, Genesee, Livingston, Midland, Roscommon, Saginaw, Saint Clair, Tuscola, Monroe and Washtenaw counties. Our mission is to provide quality home health services which meet the needs and expectations of those injured, ill or disabled. Services including skilled nursing, home health aide, occupational and physical therapy, speech language pathology, and medical social work are provided by qualified caring professionals in the comfortable, convenient, and cost effective home setting. Staff development and continuing education is an integral component of Guardian Angel's commitment to professional services. Guardian Angel is committed to providing services of the highest quality.
