As a Senior Finance Professional – Supply Chain Finance, you’ll play a critical role in providing financial insight and support to Supply Chain operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage complex accounting processes, and support decision-making that drives operational and financial performance.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, ITCO, and Finance teams while serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement across financial processes.

We’re looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to enhance financial accuracy, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence within our Supply Chain Finance organization.

HERE´S WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:

• Partner with the Supply Chain Finance Business Unit to execute complex journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in alignment with corporate accounting standards.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reclassifications, collaborating closely with ITCO and ensuring compliance with Mexican fiscal regulations and electronic invoicing requirements.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including balance monitoring and root cause analysis of variances.
• Respond to ad-hoc financial requests, providing data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support Supply Chain Finance during month-end close with journal entries, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage and create ICP requests and IONs, including budget-related processes.
• Support inventory write-off requests and related financial analysis.
• Approve KAR requests, including project setup and closure for engineering-related budgets.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate ownership by proactively improving processes and anticipating business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, preferably within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Basic experience with Regrello or similar workflow tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
