The analyst monitors operational performance metrics and conducts variance analysis to improve efficiency and cost performance across Quebec Recycling. They develop dashboards and partner with site managers to implement corrective action plans and optimize asset utilization.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, engineering, or finance with 2-5 years of experience in operations or industrial analysis. Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI, along with bilingualism in French and English, is required.

Reporting to the Business Performance Specialist, the Business Performance Analyst plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and cost performance across Quebec Recycling. Through data analysis and performance monitoring, this role delivers accurate, actionable insights that support operational decision-making and identify optimization opportunities. You will work closely with operations teams and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable analysis and drive performance improvements across the network.
