The Technical Manager will lead tooling and maintenance operations, including the development of maintenance strategies and the coordination of engineering changes. They are responsible for managing technical resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and possess significant experience in tooling, maintenance, or technical operations within the automotive industry. Proficiency in injection molds, automated manufacturing cells, and managing technical teams is essential for this role.
