-带领本区域的操作员（包括技术岗三方），合理高效的利用各项资源（包括易耗品、能耗、区域内外的普通岗位三方同事）
- 熟悉区域内的工作流程，关键控制点和OPRP点 培训所负责区域的同事按照SOP进行正确的操作，清洁、记录的填写，同时验证所培训的SOP在运行过程中的有效性和符合性（包括库房流程，良好操作规范GMP，卫生，安全等），并对有问题的提出建议等
