Workers engaged for short-term needs or specific projects

Technician Scientific Support, Onsite

Job Objectives: Follow up on production projects, deliver on time, ensure the smooth progress of production projects, and complete method development, transfer, and verification on time.

1. Method Development: Independently conduct and follow up on the method development and transfer experiments of chemical drugs and raw materials under GMP conditions;

2. Project Management: Organize relevant project meetings in a timely manner, follow up on the entire project process, communicate the project status within the department and within the project team and with internal and external Sponsors until the project is successfully completed;

3. Project Testing: Independently operate analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, titration, etc., and conduct project analysis and testing;

4. Project Reports: Compile relevant documents for project initiation and verification, such as QC-PLAN, analytical methods, etc.

5. Deviation Management: Track the CR, DR, and OOS situations related to the project;

6. EHS: Fulfill the job responsibilities stipulated in CNGZ-18178 "Safety Production Responsibility System";

7. Others: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant professional background in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above.

2. Proficient in using the analysis software of empower and Tiamo platforms.

3. 2-3 years of experience in analytical work in pharmaceuticals, including verification experiments and method development experience.

4. Capable of independently reading English project materials and writing English project documents.

5. Outstanding problem-solving skills, strong execution ability, effective communication skills, customer-oriented, strong teamwork ability, able to adapt to high-pressure and high-intensity work. Strong planning, organization and control skills, able to motivate and guide others.
