The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for loading wafers into production equipment and verifying product specifications against equipment settings. They must also monitor equipment operation and process productivity to ensure quality and efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a 12-hour compressed shift in a clean room environment. Physical requirements include the ability to carry 15-pound wafer pods and frequently climb stairs while wearing cleanroom garments.

The role of the Manufacturing Specialist is primarily to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specs with equipment settings, monitor the equipment as it operates, monitor the process pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment.
